Are you looking to move into academic management? We’re now looking to recruit a flexible and energetic Academic Manager to manage and lead our teaching team with our Course Director at Kaplan Aspect Oxford.

Job description: Kaplan Aspect Oxford is a thriving school with an excellent mix of nationalities, located in the city's Summertown area. As the Academic Manager, you would be responsible for:

  • Overseeing all aspects of teaching quality 

  • Developing and delivering teacher training and development 

  • Managing the teaching team alongside the Course Director 

  • Managing all aspects of learning in and out of the classroom including self-study and learner training. 

  • Continually improving customer satisfaction levels and advising students on academic matters 

  • Teaching on average 15 hours a week

Qualifications and education: Applicants must be at least DELTA qualified (or equivalent) and with a bachelor degree.

Experience required: Previous management experience (or supervisory - minimum 2 years) in a commercial education environment and experience in at least some of the following would be desirable - e-learning, teacher training and development, learner training, course or materials development, advisory experience or specialist teaching.
