At this level students learn how to contribute to a company’s strategic plan, how to manage in senior positions in an international business environment.
When you enrol in an Advanced Diploma of Business course, you will first complete the Certificate IV in Business qualification and Diploma of Business qualification. Both will provide the essential knowledge and competencies required to study at a higher level in the areas of Management, Marketing and Human Resources.
Each of our Business Courses leads to a nationally recognised Business qualification and provides students with a broad and comprehensive understanding of business. At the end of the course students will be able to select a specialisation in either Human Resources, Marketing or Management (This specialisation is displayed on your final qualification).

Academic entry requirements: Successful completion of the Certificate and Diploma programs or completion of the Australian Year 12 and relevant work experience or business-related studies as assessed by Kaplan Aspect
University Credits: Successful completion of the program will enable you to enter into the second year of specific Bachelor Degree programmes through articulation agreements between Kaplan Aspect Sydney and Australian Universities

Course Timetable: Monday to Thursday in the evenings from 5:30pm to 9:45pm.

On successful completion of this program, you will receive a nationally recognised qualification in your chosen specialty area, from the BSB01 Business Services Training Package as follows:

BSB60301 Advanced Diploma of Business (HumanResources)
These qualifications demonstrate your understanding of business and are widely recognised by employers and will qualify you for entry into an Australian University with credit for up to one year, meaning that you could potentially start a related Bachelors Degree program at a second year level. You will also receive a Certificate IV qualification and a Diploma qualification in a chosen specialty area (please see Certificate IV and Diploma courses).
If you already hold tertiary qualifications, Vocational Courses provide a great addition to your current qualification/s, as they develop the practical skills to combine with your theoretical knowledge. They also provide you with insights into Australian systems and regulations and an opportunity to improve your English as this will be the medium language of your studies.
