When you enrol in a Diploma of Business, you will first complete the Certificate IV in Business qualification, covering practical business skills and business fundamentals in the areas of Human Resources, Marketing and Management.

Each of our Business Courses leads to a nationally recognised Business qualification provides students with a broad and comprehensive understanding of business. At the end of the course students will be able to select a specialization in either Human Resources, Marketing or Management (This specialisation is displayed on your final qualification).

Total Duration: 12 Months (40 Weeks), includes 20 Weeks Diploma plus 20 Weeks Certificate IV

Recommended ages: 18 +

English entry requirements: IELTS 6.0 or TEOFL 550

Academic entry requirements: Successful completion of the Certificate programme or completion of the Australian Year 12 and relevant work experience or business-related studies as assessed by Kaplan Aspect.

Course Timetable: Monday to Thursday in the evenings from 5:30pm to 9:45pm.

On successful completion of this program, you will receive a nationally recognised qualification in your chosen specialty area, from the BSB01 Business Services Training Package, as follows:

BSB50401 Diploma of Business Management
BSB50801 Diploma of Business (Human Resources)
BSB50701 Diploma of Business (Marketing)

These qualifications demonstrate your understanding of business and are widely recognised by employers and Australian universities, and will qualify you for entry to an Advanced Diploma of Business program should you wish to continue your studies. You will also receive a Certificate IV qualification in a chosen specialty area (please see Certificate IV courses).

If you already hold tertiary qualifications, Vocational Courses provide a great addition to your current qualification/s, as they develop the practical skills to combine with your theoretical knowledge. They also provide you with insights into Australian systems and regulations and an opportunity to improve your English as this will be the medium language of your studies.
