Overview:
5 months of Intensive English and a guaranteed job placement of up to 3 months of part-time paid work
6 months of Intensive English and a guaranteed job placement of up to 4 months of part-time paid work
9 months of Intensive English and a guaranteed job placement of up to 7 months of part-time paid work
Course Structure: 28 lessons/week (including 8 electives)
(Lessons are 45 minutes) - 21hours of lessons
Recommended ages: 18 - 30
Minimum rates of pay per hour: AUD 9.20-17 in Perth, AUD 12-17 in Sydney, Cairns and Brisbane, AUD 9-13.90. (Minimum wages dependent on age)
Minimum English level: Intermediate
Locations: Sydney, Perth, (Brisbane and Cairns from January 2009)
2009 Start dates: Jan 5, Mar 23*, Apr 14, Jun 22, Sep 28(Sept 29 in Perth), Oct 19*
* Start dates are not available for the 9-month program

OPUS Working Holiday Australia
Opus Working Holiday Visa course. If you are eligible (please see link below), you are entitled under the Working Holiday visa scheme to work for several employers over a 12 month period and study up to 4 months.
Note: You can only work with the same employer for a 6 month period.

OPUS Working Holiday Business in Sydney
