Frequently Asked Questions – Payment

Can I pay in installments?

Yes, as long as you pay in full 30 days before the start date.  We will only issue the booking confirmation documents once we have received payment in full. Some students will require certain school documents in order to apply for a visa which will be sent only upon receipt of full fees.

Can I pay by bank transfer or credit card?

Yes, you can pay by either method at all of our booking offices.

What are the details for a bank transfer?

The banking details vary and are dependent on the currency in which you pay and the country in which you will study. Please see our worldwide banking details or contact our booking office for further information and guidance.

Is the amount quoted on this website the final amount I will pay?

No. All prices quoted on the website are estimations. Supplements may apply in certain cases. Your final invoice will be emailed to you once you have completed the booking form. Examples of such supplements include:

• Summer/Christmas supplement – a supplement applicable to homestay accommodation during the weeks of summer and Christmas
• Special diet supplement – applicable to students with specific dietary requirements
• Close to school – accommodation supplement applicable to homestays located close to the Kaplan Aspect School.
• Mandatory insurance (for example, OSHC in Australia)
• Accommodation placements fees
• Guardian fees
